A private villa currently under development in Karuizawa,
one of Japan's most distinctive resort destinations.
Working together with the architect and a carefully selected team of specialists, ArchLinks provides overall coordination and design direction to create a residence deeply connected to its setting and the client's lifestyle.
Completion scheduled for 2027.

01 PROJECT PLANNING & ADVISORY
From ¥100,000
We clarify your project needs and advise on the best way forward.
02 DESIGN VISUALIZATION PROPOSAL
From ¥100,000
We create a visual proposal based on your drawings, photographs and requirements.
03 PROJECT DESIGN DIRECTION
2-5％ of total construction cost / minimum ¥3,000,000
Working on the client's side, we coordinate with architects and contractors and oversee design, budget and schedule.
04 INTERIOR DESIGN
From 10% of interior construction cost / minimum ¥4,000,000
Interior concept, space planning, finishes, colors, bespoke joinery and lighting, through design direction during construction.
05 FURNITURE, LIGHTING & ART PROCUREMENT
Quotation upon request
Selection and procurement of furniture, lighting, curtains, rugs, art and other interior items.
Fees are quoted individually depending on project scale, duration and scope.
FOUNDER / PRIVATE RESIDENCE & VILLA CONCIERGE
Yuko Miyasaka studied architecture at the University of Tokyo
and later studied interior design in the United States.
Her career includes experience with Nomura Co., Ltd., PRADA Japan and Mitsui Designtec before founding Space Design Inc. in 2008.
With a background spanning architecture, interior design and real estate,
she works with a network of architects, designers and specialists
to create highly personalized residences and villas.
