There are not many architects registered on this site.
Architects who already have a long track record, have won awards, and are recognized for their approach to space.
We have selected architects who are expected to have a bright future to join our team.
We take each project seriously and introduce you to carefully selected architects.
Therefore, after you have interviewed up to three architects,
We narrow it down to one architect, sign a design contract with him, and then proceed with the project.
If you would like a proposal before entering into a design contract, we will charge you a proposal fee in advance. (This will vary depending on the architect and project content.)
I was present at all meetings from the first meeting to the design contract.
We support smooth communication between architects and clients.

Referral process
1. Free consultation
Our staff will ask you about your requests and requirements. (Online/at our Yoyogi office)
We will then help you choose the architect you will meet with next time (up to 3 people).
2. Interview with the architect
You will meet with the architects that interest you (online/at our Yoyogi office or at the architect's office).
Please check their personality, track record, and passion for architecture.
Our staff will also be present.
・Proposals from architects (optional, paid)
Once you have narrowed it down to one architect, we will have that architect make a proposal.
A proposal fee will be charged for each proposal (depending on the architect and project content).
Our staff will be present when you make your proposal.
3. Design contract with architect
If you decide to hire this architect, you will enter into a "design contract" with the architect and then proceed to creating more detailed plans.
We will charge 200,000 yen + consumption tax as an introduction fee. (Payment will be required at the time of the design contract.)
(If we act as a real estate intermediary, there is no introduction fee.)
